Exchange: 14 days from the date of delivery in new condition with no visible wear. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the merchandise is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the exchange is not due to our error.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.

ATTENTION: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover:

Damages due to an accident Improper care Normal wear and tear Deterioration of colors and materials due to sun exposure

Returns/exchanges of products that have come into contact with water will not be accepted.

Please note that we will only be able to accept a return and process a refund in the event that the product arrives clearly damaged or different from the order that was placed.

Should this occur, we kindly ask you to contact us via email to confirm the issue, and we will initiate a quality check process to verify the damage. You will be required to provide us with evidence such as photos/videos of the damaged product and/or the discrepancy from the placed order.

Once the verification is successfully completed, we will process a full refund within 10-15 business days upon receiving the product back.

Please note:

  • The following items are not eligible for return: bodysuits, lingerie and nightwear, jewelry and accessories (excluding scarves and bags).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days after receiving your returned item. Once the refund is issued, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • The customer will only be charged once for shipping fees (this applies to returns as well). The consumer will not be charged for any outstanding order due to the return of the product.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Please contact our customer service through the contact form or send an email to infolabinth@libero.it and include your order number.

Step 2: Submit your order.

Send the shipments with the filled-out return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a tracking and tracing code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account.

Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 15 business days.
