Conditions of Use

Article 1 - Definitions

In these conditions, the following definitions apply: withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal; Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the trader; day: calendar day; Cancellation activities: a distance contract relating to a range of products and/or services, where the obligation of delivery and/or purchase is spread over time; Permanent data carrier: any means that allows the consumer or the trader to store information addressed to them personally in a way that enables future inspection and unaltered reproduction of the stored information. Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within a timely manner during the cooling-off period; Trader: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers; Distance contract: a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of goods and/or services, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment at which the contract is concluded; Means of distance communication: any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and trader being in the same room at the same time. General conditions: these general conditions of the trader.

Article 3 - Applicability

These general conditions apply to all offers from the trader and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the trader and the consumer. Before the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these general conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, before the conclusion of the distance contract, it will be stated that the general conditions can be inspected at the trader's premises and will be sent free of charge to the consumer as soon as possible at the consumer's request. If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general conditions will be made available to the consumer electronically so that the consumer can easily store them on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, the general conditions will be provided electronically before the conclusion of the distance contract and will be sent to the consumer either free of charge or in another manner. If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general conditions, paragraphs 2 and 3 apply accordingly, and in the event of contradictory general conditions, the consumer can always rely on the most favorable version. If one or more provisions of these general conditions are wholly or partially nullified or set aside at any time, the contract and these general conditions shall remain in full force and the provision concerned shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the purport of the original provision. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions must be assessed "in the spirit" of these Terms and Conditions. Any ambiguity regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our General Conditions shall be interpreted "in the spirit" of these General Conditions.

Article 4 - The Offer

If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer is without obligation. The trader is entitled to modify and adjust the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to assess the offer properly. If the trader uses images, these shall also accurately reflect the products, goods, and/or services being offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the trader. All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and may not give rise to compensation or termination of.
